The property documents had arrived!!!
Its been some time that I had updated my blog - but that was more because of the fact that I had been raking my head to come to a final decision on how I should succeed in getting the property documents from the seller and promoter than being lazy.... A lot of incidents had happened during this time from the last blog post - events which indicated the presence of Guru Rayar's continued watch on us to ensure that we are successful in this project... During this time, I had the opportunity to come across the website of a priviliged soul with a codename of chiraan ( http://chiraan.wordpress.com ) who had advised me to recite the Hari Vayu Stuthi sloka - especially Sloka #26 - which was pertaining to getting the complete guru anugraha.
